At City Hall Tuesday night, the Streets and Sewers Committee passed a resolution that could pay for several city streets being re-paved.

It's now up to Mayor Scott Schertzer to ask the Marion County Commissioners for the city's part of the automobile license tax.

If approved, this money would go toward re-paving Lee St. from W. Fairground St. to Silver St., S. Vine St. from Lafayette St. to E. Walnut St., Normandy Dr. from Bexley Ave. to Burgundy Dr., Bermuda Ave. from Robinson Ave. to Easy St., and Wilson St. from N. Greenwood St. to Madison Ave.
