Two local men were arrested Wednesday after police conducted a search warrant that turned up 200 marijuana plants at 567 Lexington Avenue in Marion.

Dustin Levi Britton, 31, of Lexington Ave. and Ronald Dean Jackson, 28, of Lincoln Ave. were busted and charged with two counts of felony drug trafficking. Officers with the MARMET-METRICH drug task force along with detectives from the Marion City Police Department and deputies from the Marion County Sheriff's Office acted on the warrant.

In addition to the plants, officers also found heroin, drug paraphernalia, a large amount of prescription narcotics, and cultivating equipment.
