The Delaware-Knox-Marion-Morrow solid waste district has informed the Marion City Council that their proposed amendment will have to wait until the 2013 fiscal year--according to a letter from the DKMM's disctric director. The city council's plan had asked for about $174,000 per year used to pay for recycling, to be matched by the DKMM when the city applies for grants.
