Ohio State basketball great Jerry Lucas will be in Marion County on Sunday (October 7), speaking at the morning service of the Green Camp Baptist Church. That service starts at 10:45 am. The hoops legend also will address the Sunday evening service at 7 pm. And if you can’t make either of those, Jerry Lucas will speak a third time at the church on Monday evening at 7. Lucas is noted for his extraordinary memory skills, along with being a Olympic gold medalist in basketball and champion with the Ohio State Buckeyes and New York Knicks. For his church messages, Lucas will address family relationships and memory skills. Everyone is invited to the free messages from Jerry Lucas, but you’re advised to arrive early for preferred seating. The Green Camp Baptist Church is located on the corner of Main Street in Green Camp.
