The Dlubak Glass Company could face $126,000 in fines after an inspection of one of its two Upper Sandusky plants uncovered alleged health violations. The fine has been proposed by the US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration. OSHA officials report finding 15 violations, many of them related to the presence of lead. The company has 15 business days to either comply or contest the findings.
