Five Marion County employees have been ordered to repay thousands of dollars. That's according a report on the county’s finances released by the office of Ohio Auditor of State Auditor Dave Yost says the employees were paid too much for sick leave when they retired. One employee who was supposed to get only $866 instead received more than $2,500. In another case, a worker received a thousand dollars more than she should have. Two of the employees have repaid the money; the others could face legal action compelling them to pay their extra money back.
