Two men are in custody after a witness told Marion police yesterday that he saw them breaking into cars. 21-year-old Shawn Lumberson and 18-year-old Adam Ramirez face felony charges of receiving stolen property. An officer reported seeing Lumberson and Ramirez acting suspiciously on Windsor Street before the witness came forward. Police say their investigation connects the suspects to break-ins on Cherry, Duluth and Windsor streets. Police also say a significant amount of property was recovered.
