The Marion Popcorn Festival is ready to put your popcorn recipes to the test. Judging for the Popcorn Recipe Contest is set for Thursday, Sept. 6, at the festival. It’s a contest in which the finished product must be edible and contain popcorn. The recipes need not be orignial, but the original source must be properly noted. Organizers say that contestants will be judged based on their use of popcorn, flavor and creativity.
