The annual Diabetes Drive-Thru is set for Saturday morning from 7:30 to 10:45. It’ll take place at the Marion Area Health Center at 1050 Delaware Avenue in Marion. This is a free screening for area residents who are 18 and older, and you can be screened while remaining in your vehicle. Health officials recommend that you fast for eight hours before being tested. Refreshments will be provided along with free health information and giveaways. The event is sponsored by the Marion General Hospital Foundation, the Marion Area Health Center, the Smith Clinic and WMRN.
