Two Marion men were arrested Wednesday, accused of stealing guns and a television from a home in the 500 block of East Church Street. A resident notified police that two suspicious individuals were heading down an alley carrying a gun and a TV at about 1:30 in the afternoon. The two individuals got into a vehicle. 19-year-olds Kristopher Currington and Michael Davis were taken into custody after Police Chief Tom Bell spotted their vehicle on Olney Avenue and stopped them. Currington faces charges of aggravated burglary and receiving stolen property, and Davis faces a charge of aggravated burglary. Police say that two handguns, a pellet gun and a TV were recovered.
