A Marion man is facing charges after a tip led a Marion police officer to stop his car in traffic. Police say that patrolman Andy Isom got a tip that narcotics were being transported in a car. Isom stopped the suspected vehicle in the 500 block of Rochelle Drive on Sunday afternoon. A K9 indicated that drugs were in the vehicle, leading to a search and then the arrest of 35-year-old Gary Moaney. Police say they recovered 126 grams of cocaine worth $15,000.
