An Ontario man yesterday was killed in a crash in which he lost control of his vehicle in Springfield Township and was ejected. The Mansfield post of the Highway Patrol reports that 22-year-old Dylan R. McHenry wasn’t wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. McHenry was heading east on Millsboro Road near Wiles Road; that's when he went off the right side of the road and struck an embankment, with the vehicle flipping multiple times. The investigation into the crash continues, although a patrol report suggests that McHenry was traveling at an unsafe speed.
