The Ohio State Patrol investigated a four car injury crash on US 23 near the Delaware Countyline yesterday. Police say around 3:30 20-year old Charles G Mitchell was southbound on US 23; hit a van driven by 37-year old Lydia Rozelle in the rear. Her van was pushed into a car driven by 61-year old Ralph Mullens. Mullens was pushed into 38-year old Robert Crosby. All drivers and passengers reported non-life threatening injuries. Mitchell recieved a citation for assured clear distance.
